    • Please include which department you are trying to contact in the subject line:

      • Operations: Contact operations for questions regarding scheduling for EMS coverage events (e.g., concerts and hockey games), implementation of the Class V ambulance, OEMS (MA Office of Emergency Services), and equipment questions. 

      • Education: Contact education for questions about CPR courses, continuing education, teaching assistant opportunities, AHA instructor courses, as well as questions from outside organizations that provide education to NUEMS members.

      • Human Resources: Contact human resources for questions regarding membership, validity and expiration status of certifications, attendance, meeting minutes, and NUEMS Social Media.

      • For anything else, put Human Resources.
